Bing Maps Now Available in UK
So finally Bing has come out of Beta and is fully available to us in the UK. This now means we can finally begin to optimise for local search and with it look at local business listings. From reading a post from Greg Sterling at Search Engine Land over the weekend UK business listings have been listed differently form that in the US using Multi-Map, a company acquired by Microsoft. MSN Makeover: Microsoft’s Ace Up The Sleeve
Microsoft has finally redesigned the MSN site. The site, which will not be fully live until 2010, has been given a much more stripped down and cleaner look and has also been adapted to contain a column which is devoted to social networking sites Twitter and Facebook as well as a large search engine box.
