Google’s Local Business Results never cease to amaze me. Considering that Google are really pushing blended results I hear nothing but problems and complaints from business owners about their their map listings in Google including results suddenly going AWOL only to return weeks later.
Well it appears that Google have hit a whole new level in providing irrelevant results in their local maps listings. I searched for the keyword ‘kitchens Leeds’ and according to Google if you want a kitchen in Leeds the person who will be able to help you out is none other than Paul Whitehouse! Fair enough if he is into building kitchens when he is not trying to be being funny but the page that the user is directed to is his Wikipedia page and Google actually give this a location in Leeds!
