Google Search Results Displaying Hot Trends

Google have taken a big step in real time search by displaying its ‘hot tends’ data in the search results. People who are searching for popular topics will see the trending data at the bottom of the search results page. The little snippet is said to “provide you with search results as you’d want but also extra meta data on how popular the search is and whether it has peaked in interest”. (more…)

Google Sidewiki - Now ANYONE can comment about your site in Google

Google have today released its new addition on the Google Toolbar –Sidewiki. The new feature allows users to add helpful information about an entire page or part of a page. This is then published to the browser allowing anyone else with Sidewiki access to see it. So if you happen to like the site then you can give it a positive review. Users Can Now Tweet Voice Calls

From today users of Twitter will be able to make voice calls directly to one another through a third party offering from Jajah. Jajah is a large Internet communications provider that boasts a massive number of users. The new service known as Jajah@call will allow people to make free two-way voice calls with other users by typing @call @username and provide a means of sending “short messages with a voice”.
