		<description>I suppose it's like most things really, the more something increases (in this case broadband speeds) the more people leverage on it.  This gives the overall impression that things are getting faster, but i suppose it's all relative.

If special effort was made for web designers to streamline the loading speeds of the their sites, then we could achieve a super fast information highway.

But that means compromise for the coming revolution of rich media.</description>
