This gives the overall impression that things are getting faster, but i suppose it's all relative. If special effort was made for web designers to streamline the loading speeds of the their sites, then we could achieve a super fast information highway. But that means compromise for the coming revolution of rich media. I suppose it’s like most things really, the more something increases (in this case broadband speeds) the more people leverage on it.
